Die gesetzliche Widerrufsfrist betr\u00e4gt 14 Tage ab dem Zustandekommen der verbindlichen Reservierung. Um das Widerrufsrecht auszu\u00fcben, ist eine eindeutige Erkl\u00e4rung per E-Mail an <\/span>mail@startblock-b2.de<\/span><\/b> to be submitted. The reservation must be attached as an appendix or the VM number must be provided. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if the notification is sent before the deadline expires.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Wird ein Raum weniger als 14 Tage vor der Nutzung verbindlich reserviert, erfolgt die Leistungserbringung nur, wenn der Mieter gleichzeitig dem Verzicht auf sein Widerspruchsrecht zustimmt. Diese erfolgt konkludent mit Zustandekommen der verbindlichen Reservierung.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
