The statutory cancellation period is 14 days from the date of the binding reservation. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must send a clear statement by email to\u00a0<\/span>mail@startblock-b2.de<\/span><\/b>\u00a0to be submitted. The reservation must be attached as an appendix or the VM number must be provided. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if the notification is sent before the deadline expires.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If a room is reserved less than 14 days before use, the service will only be provided if the renter simultaneously agrees to waive their right to object. This agreement is implied upon the binding reservation being made.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

By giving your consent and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • The right of withdrawal is lost<\/span><\/b>, as soon as the provision of the space has been fully completed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If the service is required to begin during the ongoing cancellation period, and the contract is nevertheless cancelled before the service has been fully provided,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
