Die gesetzliche Widerrufsfrist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Zustandekommen der verbindlichen Reservierung. Um das Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, ist eine eindeutige Erklärung per E-Mail an mail@startblock-b2.de to be submitted. The reservation must be attached as an appendix or the VM number must be provided. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient if the notification is sent before the deadline expires. 

Wird ein Raum weniger als 14 Tage vor der Nutzung verbindlich reserviert, erfolgt die Leistungserbringung nur, wenn der Mieter gleichzeitig dem Verzicht auf sein Widerspruchsrecht zustimmt. Diese erfolgt konkludent mit Zustandekommen der verbindlichen Reservierung. 

By giving your consent and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal expires upon complete fulfillment of the contract, 

• The right of withdrawal is lost, as soon as the provision of the space has been fully completed. 

If the service is required to begin during the ongoing cancellation period, and the contract is nevertheless cancelled before the service has been fully provided, 

• A reasonable amount must be paid., which corresponds to the proportion of services already rendered in relation to the total scope of the contractually agreed service (§ 357 para. 8 BGB).
